I am not sure how you heard of us, but thank you for looking into the potential of becoming a new vendor for Hayes Manufacturing.

Hayes Manufacturing is a Family Owned company and has been since 1973. We manufacture power transmission products for the off-road industry. We work for a number of large OEM’s and are continuously looking for quality vendors to help supply our customers with quality products.

Our customers rely on us to provide them top quality, reliable parts, at a fair price. We expect the same from our vendors.

The reason we started this quoting system was to assist in the growth process. We know that quoting can be a timely process for both parties involved. The continued input from vendors using this system will streamline the process to the point that you will wish all your customers had a system like this.

We require all our potential vendors to fill out a vendor approval/ quality system self audit form. This allows us to determine if a vendor has the qualifications to supply parts in conjuction with our quality system.
