At Hayes Couplings, we invest heavily in our shop to control every stage of manufacturing our power transmission components, from raw material to finished product. By keeping broaching, hobbing, and full-service machining in-house, we ensure the highest quality, tightest tolerances, and efficient production while allowing our engineering and manufacturing teams to collaborate closely on every component.
Broaching Capabilities
We operate seven horizontal broaching machines to produce a wide range of internal splines and keyways for our products. Whether for prototypes or production volumes, our in-house capabilities deliver precision and consistency.
