Hayes Restock Fees by Product Line

Any product to be returned for repair, modification or restock must be pre-authorized by contacting HAYES for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The return date must be within 6 months of the purchase date to be considered for restock/credit/replacement. Standard product returns are subject to a re-stocking charge. Custom products may not be returnable. Returned product must be packaged properly, and, where possible, packaged using the original packing material. Reference the RGA number on shipping documents and on outside of package and include the completed Warranty Claim Form (see Warranty section below). Unless Hayes authorizes payment for shipping charges, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, fees, tariffs, etc. Ship returned items to 6875 U.S. 131, Fife Lake, MI 49633.
